Terms and Conditions:

1. Security and Damages:

    

   • The Company shall not be held responsible for any theft or damages. The customer will be provided with the maids' credentials verification details and photos, and all necessary documentation. The customer is advised to exercise due diligence in safeguarding their belongings.

    

2. Service Charge and Replacement:

    

   • Customers are required to wait for a minimum of 15 days from the week of paying the service charge for the assigned maid. The same time frame applies in the case of requesting a replacement. No refund will be provided after the service charge has been paid.

    

3. Transportation Charges:

    

   • Customers are responsible for covering the transportation charges associated with the candidates. This includes any costs incurred for the replacement process.

    

4. Refund Policy:

    

   • No refunds will be issued once the service charge has been paid. Customers are encouraged to thoroughly review and assess their requirements before committing to the service.

5. Profile Selection Registration Fee: ₹3000

    

   • Embark on your journey to finding the perfect match with our exclusive profile selection service! A registration fee of ₹3000 covers the meticulous process of sending 3-4 profiles to assist you in making informed decisions. Your path to companionship begins here

6. Expedited Services with ₹5000 Minimum Charge

    

   • Experience swift and efficient services tailored to your needs! A minimum service charge of ₹5000 applies for services completed within a 4-5 day timeframe. Our commitment to promptness ensures your requirements are met seamlessly. Invest in excellence, prioritize your time.
